If you are unable to log in or see your course(s), it is possible that the course has not started or been activated yet. In case you have any questions, you can contact your instructor or the WTS Helpdesk for further assistance

If you have recently enrolled in a course, it may take up to 24 hours for the course to appear on OWL Brightspace.

The resources available on this site cover general settings found on home and course pages, provide details on the Pulse app, answer frequently asked questions, and offer insights on how to utilize the Brightspace community and other support services available for students.

We suggest that you check out the OWL Brightspace Self-Guided Student Training. This training provides support to students who are new to OWL Brightspace on how to navigate the system.
